Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
- A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your reservation.
- No cancellation or refund is allowed once the deposit is made.
- No reduction in the number of participants is permitted after deposit payment.
- The remaining balance must be settled at least 2 weeks before check-in.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash or bank transfer (proof of payment required).
- Credit card or cheque payments are available upon request.
- All prices are inclusive of SST and subject to change unless full payment has been made.
Meals & Dietary Information
- Buffet meals are included as stated in the package.
- All food is prepared by our Muslim chefs — No Pork & No Lard.
- Vegetarian options are available upon request.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed on the premises.
- Buffet service requires a minimum of 30 pax per group.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to management approval and availability.
- Please inform our team in advance for any timing adjustments.
General Rules
- Guests are responsible for their belongings and any property damage.
- The management reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel activities due to weather or safety concerns.
