1. Guests will be held responsible for any intentional or unintentional loss or damage to any property belonging to Paradise Valley Resort.
2. The management of Paradise Valley Resort cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings or valuables left by guests in their rooms.
3. All booking prices are inclusive of SST.
4. No outside food or drinks are allowed in the Resort area & cafeteria.
5. Corkage charges are applicable for alcohol brought and consumed within premises – RM50 per bottle (liquor). RM2 per can (beer). We also serve beer at our resort.
6. A RM200 room deposit will be collected upon check in. Deposit will be refunded upon check out once room has been verified to be in proper order.
7. Free Parking is available within the resort compound.
8. SMOKING is STRICTLY PROHIBITED within the resort inside the rooms and our cafeteria. We have a designated smoking area within our resort.
9. A cleaning fee of RM 500 will be charged if cigarette smoke or smell is detected in the room.
10. Check-in is available from 2pm. Unfortunately, EARLY CHECK-IN cannot be fulfilled.
11. WiFi is available in most of the common area and in room.
